The Magic Feedback Machine is a website that helps you write the perfect job rejection or acceptance emails. It works by letting you “write” an email by clicking through a series of options. I wanted to explore how a simple mechanism and limited number of phrases could lead to a huge number of possible outcomes, ranging from extremely friendly messages to savage rejections.
